BACKSTAGE OF CREATION
#WEAREABLE 2016

Will technology take us to infinity?

Presented at the Weareable exhibition, Biz Eyes are frivolous glasses that are transformable, completely 3D printed, able to transforme and continuously evolve, and designed by Nasim Sehat

The basic armature, made of transparent resin, consists of 2 circles, on which one can clip on a multitude of original and playful forms, in a very simple and fast way. Currently, there are 2 available collections: Genesis, a serie based on circle shapes and organic colors, and Cream on Chrome, exploring geometric forms in black and white.

To create this project, the artist was guided by popular culture, music and superheroes/supervillains figures, but also by the attentive observation of city-dweller behaviors and cosmopolite ways of life, that are always in research of individuality and self-expression.

We can discover thanks to this fablab their fabrication process in live, followed by a photoshoot open to all!

By wearing these glasses, the customer can change, adapt its styles, interpret, express himself and explore as he wants.

The Iranian artist was presented during the entire workshop, explaining the genesis of her project and her fabrication processes.

Thanks for this beautiful sharing!
